To be eligible for a $50 Visa gift card participant must attend a 10-minute demo of Scratch’s Payment Processing Platform and submit a digital copy of a recent Merchant Services statement (i.e., from within the past 90 days). Gift card will be sent via email to the individual participating in the demo within two (2) weeks following completion of the demo and submission of a recent statement. Offer may not be combined with any other offers and is limited to one (1) gift card per location. Offer is not available to current or past users of Scratch’s Payment Processing Platform, or to prospective customers or individuals that have participated in a Payment Processing demo during the prior six (6) months.

The recipient is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receipt and/or use of the gift card as well as reporting the receipt of the gift card as required under applicable federal and state laws. Scratch may require Recipients to complete a Form W-9 and will report earnings under this program to the extent required by applicable law.
